Standard check-in is from 4 PM until 6 PM. By prior arrangement, guests may arrive earlier or later. Guests and hosts must agree on a window period of an hour or 2 for anticipated time of arrival. If arrival is before standard check-in time, housekeeping could be under way.

Hosts reside in the family side of the facility and are available for guests needs.

Guests will be provided permits for the neighborhood street parking zone.
