Our room was beautiful, looked brand new, clean, comfortable, the temperature was easy to adjust and very quiet in every respect. I LOVED the kitchen! We missed one meal at our relatives house so we grabbed some instant container meals and made them in the microwave, we kept our sodas cold in the fridge and liked that we had silverware. NIce to

The front-desk staff was exceptionally friendly and informative at both check-in and check-out. The maintenance staff contacted me to move my car because they were power-washing the lot. When I came out to do so, a crew member explained they were concerned that debris dislodged by the spray might damage my car's finish. What might have been an inconvenience turned into a positive experience based on his sincerity.

The pool was great, with a lovely waterfall, and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were very clean.The staff was so nice, attentive and friendly, that I would probably return again. The location was pretty good...it was about a 10 min. walk to the beach, 5 min. to the playground, and 10 min to shopping.

towels every day, refill the coffee packs, shampoo and soaps and clean

The apartment suite in which we stayed fully fit what we were looking for. It was comfortable, well equipped, quite clean and sufficiently spacious. I would not say it was fancy, but it was pretty darn good for the cost, coming with a full kitchen, reasonably comfortable beds, and a decent-sized and furnished living room. The section of beach across the street was quite fine for spending the day. Also, the staff were all super friendly and helpful!

We loved the lay out of the hotel and the fact that everything was easy
to get to. The staff was extremely accomodating to whatever we needed.
The restaurant Hemmingways was also a great place to eat and offered
breakfast and dinner deals. Haley our waitress and Luke our greater at

Everything was great, our oceanview room was ready early as requested, outdoor pool was sparkling clean and just the right temperature on a mild day. Poolside service was excellent and the very reasonable lunch was just the ticket. Beach across the street was a pleasure to walk along as was the very welcoming center of town at the beach a short stroll from the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed was perfect at end of day. Definitely will return, thanks Grand!

Uplifting friendly atmosphere. Staff was extremely attentive and genuinely helpful. Food at The Rusty Nail (restaurant next door) was always good we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Location was just across the street from the beach. On the beach attendants were available to set you up with whatever you needed to sit on, no need to carry beach chairs umbrellas and towels A server was around (though I didn't see her) to bring you drinks on the beach. A true resort atmosphere.

The Palace Hotel is very clean, quiet, and the staff is very friendly and courteous. The location is excellent - with the ocean in view from every room. It's an older hotel but very clean. It's right on the beach.
There's a good sized fridge, a small stove and microwave and coffee
