Standard check-out time is 11am Early check-in: This can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an early check-in charge Lead guest: The lead guest must be over 25 years of age ID Check and card authorisation: When you arrive, onefinestay will check the lead guest?s ID and secure a USD 1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released when onefinestay confirms no damage was caused during your stay Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform onefinestay – Brooklyn apartments II in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 1500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
