Breakfast was great, location close to subway (5 min. walk), Bibi and Stephanie are really sweet persons! They make you feel at home. Neighbourhood is good to stay in, also when you walk home at night you feel save. Eat at the Pakistani's nearby, it's nice food. Bibi and Stephanie: thanks a lot! See you, Miriam and Stefan. Bibi and Stephanie (and their pug) were very nice and helpful!! The breakfasts were the perfect size and composition. The home was clean and bright. The location and proximity to the subway was on the money. The value was unmatched. Now that we've learned the subway system - we will definitely return!!.

They are located in a safe neighborhood close to the subway and just a short ride to the city. We felt safe and at home there. We loved the hospitality, the comfort, the flexibility, the location, and of course Frank the dog. Bibi and Stephanie were so welcoming, warm, and loving. Always willing to help in any way! Thank you. Lovely home. Wonderful people! The owner and her daughter were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again when in that part of country! . It was actually very close to the subway - two lines, which made it very easy to get around. It was also a fairly quiet neighbourhood and I felt very safe there. The rooms were spacious with a large kitchenette and lounge. Plenty of TV choice. Location was in a quiet suburb street (did not feel like New York at all). Breakfast was included and we were asked every day what we would like to have Private entrance to our rooms Private bath- and living room. Very pretty place and within easy reach (25 mins) of Manhattan. Liked the peace and quiet away from the big city. Homely and nice leafy neighbourhood. Clean and comfortable accommodation. great housing area to be in. great to explore.. Clean, clean, clean !!!!!. everything. The guest house was very good value for money and although a little outside of the city, the subway was convenient and didn't stop me staying out late. The bed felt a little hard at first; however, after a full day of walking through the city - we fell fast asleep with absolutely no problems and awoke refreshed every morning!!!. Although the location was gorgeous and perfect for the money, it was a little far from the city, but we loved everything about it, and it really wasn't that bad because there was a subway a block away. The bed was very firm. Not my favorite, but it was clean and warm. The staircase to the top floor was narrow and steep- awkward with suitcases. Breakfast had no choices and limited availability of bread, cereals and juice. Also it didn't start until 8am. The breakfast room doubles as the owner's lounge which felt awkward at times. Stairs.
