If you are looking for a clean motel-- this is it. It is not fancy, but seems to be welled maintained and very clean. The beds are okay, and the breakfast is fine, hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit and cinnamon roles. The front lobby is only manned till 11 p.m., but can be reached by phone anytime. Clean rooms that are updated and decorated nicely, great value for the price, staff was very nice and helpful, hotel was quiet and the location was very convenient (close to the strip but away from the hustle and traffic). The daily breakfast was a great with a good assortment of options. Definitely recommend for someone looking for a budget friendly basic hotel that is clean and safe.

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Andy Williams Moon River Theatre. To our surprise it was literally right next door, so it was quite convenient for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the lady working in the breakfast room was cheerful and ready to please.

I love the location of the hotel. Its right on the strip across the street from the Hollywood Wax Museum and the best thing about it is the price!!!! U can't beat $49.99 a night with FREE BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING! I would recommend to any couple or family.

Wonderful location - close to attractions but off the beaten path so it was quiet! When we checked in the room did not have a fridge or microwave but the hotel staff had both of these to us within 15 minutes with a smile on their face. The breakfast was only cold foods and I suspect as the busier season gets underway, they will add some hot items

2 bedroom "condo" - actually it appears that the old motel rooms were converted. What would have been three old rooms are now the condo. The center room has the living room and kitchen and a bedroom/bathroom on each side. Plenty of space for our family of 5. It wasn't luxury, but for the price it was better than expected. I would stay here again.

The evening front desk attendant Missy, was so helpful with ideas of where to visit other than the Branson shows. She really took her time explaining different spots of interest in MO and helped us locate them on the map.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and always plenty of food. The evening ice cream/cobbler and cookies were delightful after a long day!

We loved the heated pool and the location to the strip. Even tho it was close to the strip the rooms were secluded too.We did like that there was on site restaurant and the free breakfast. We will definitely revisit this hotel again and again! -

I loved absolutely everything!!!! The Inn is ran by a great couple who uphold the values of those that choose to stay. When you ask for non-smoking, you can be rest assured it is non-smoking. The rooms don't have a stale/musty smell to them due to smokers smoking, and they are really clean rooms. I was not afraid to walk on the floors barefoot and the shower/tub was a perfect height.
