Hotel was in great location in Seaport area. Close to convention centre. Hotel was extremely clean, breakfast included which was great. In evening there was often snacks or a small meal available in kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are spacious, very clean and the location was easy to get into the city. Breakfast and dinner included were added bonuses. Great place to stay!.

Thought the hotel was a bit pricey. However, most hotels in Boston seem overpriced. In comparison to Seaport Hotel, the Residence Inn had way nicer rooms for about the same price.
the only 'complaint' would be that the towels could be a bit softer and the bed pillows, maybe two thick and two thin instead of four thick. other than these small things it was great.
cost
poor signage, it was a new hotel and taxi cabs had trouble finding pickup spot in back.
breakfast needs to start at 6am.
