  The staff was awesome... Paul at Citron, Don in guest services and David the valet went above and beyond for us. He not only parked our car, he brought our bags to our room, got us ice and gave us a tour of the grounds. We mentioned we wanted to return and bring our Daughter and Son in Law. This was our first time at the viceroy. We plan on being - What a great stay! The bed linen's were fantastic. Loved the three pools and lounge chairs. The service at the pool was super convenient (we ate both breakfast and lunch poolside). The vibe is super chill and the grounds are beautiful. This hotel is also so close to the main drag, we probably didn't even need a car. Valet was super prompt and the hotel staff were extremely prompt. Any request was filled immediately. Loved our relaxing girls weekend at this hotel!
