The mattresses were super comfortable! The decor was very nice and trendy without being obnoxious. The outdoor area had plenty of seating and was very comfortable. The staff were outstanding! Friendly and extremely accommodating! The shuttle to the airport was a bonus for us! Which ultimately led us to book at this hotel. Glad we did!

My daughter and I were visiting friends in Palm Springs, we stayed two nights. Our room was on the ground level opening up to the garden and the pool area, we could not hear the guests at the pool only when our door was open to the patio. We had breakfast in the room and it was very good. The beds are really nice with soft bedding and many pillows

The Hotel was in a great location. The staff were nice and very helpful! Ordered room service and it came really quick! According to my boyfriend the Spa was very nice, clean and the staff there were great! The price was not bad at all as we booked the room for the same day to spend Father's Day weekend there! We will definitely be going back!!

The restaurant staff was excellent. Ben in the Tequila Bar/Restaurant, and in the Tinto, I wish I could remember his name, I think he was the head waiter (blonde, mature), he knew his stuff, he understood the art of cuisine and was professional and courteous even with a grouchy couple and their dog sitting next to us. Loved the decor, the staff, and the general friendly ambience of the
whole place! It was not too far off the beaten path of downtown P.S.,
and if you wanted the shuttle, you could use it. Mostly, I liked the
service. It was always courteous and fun and prompt. I will stay there
again! The pool was great...especially on Friday before the weekend

We used Palm Springs primarily as a base for hiking in the Joshua Tree National Park; in this respect we loved Palm Springs and especially the Saguaro, which exceeded all expectations for a very reasonable price. An excellent resort/hotel suitable for families (better for children older than 10) as well as for a romantic getaway. Excellent in-house restaurant.

Super friendly and unpretentious staff, laid back vibe, quiet (music is played at the pool starting at 11 am), serene, only one row of chaise lounges around the pool gives an intimate feel, small resort, close to main drag of old Palm Springs, nice interior and garden design, room well maintained, great continental breakfast with sheep's milk yogu

Proximity to shops and city center. Many restaurants walking distance. The room was big, beautiful bathroom, and the Andalusian design made you feel relaxed. Comfy bed, great bar area in the room. Great pool.

The room and bathroom were large, clean and welcoming! -
The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms were modern and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and view of the pool area at night was breathtaking.

location..atmosphere..Front desk very friendly and our server at adult pool.. I do suggest music to be played by this pool! However, the staff overall very friendly and made us feel so welcomed:)))))Love this place -
