Shuttle picked us up from LAX well within the time limit stated on the phone. Staff extremely friendly when booking in, happy to answer our many queries and did so even though it was quite busy. We were only there overnight but managed a swim at least and were shuttled back to the airport early next morning. We did not stay long enough to experie

The room was great.
Everything was nice and clean and all looked very well maintained.
The gym was well equiped wit toilet, hand disinfectantand fresh towels.
The gardens around the hotel are beautiful giving a feeling of home accommodation.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable beds, warm welcome choc chip cookies, kind staff, nice
rooms, sample shampoos, conditioners, hair dryers, as well as
appreciated the carts to bring luggage up to my room and appreciated
late check out with out housekeeping knocking on door every five minutes

The room was spacious ( 3rd level handicap accessible rooms) with a
patio. Room 355 and 353. We were next to the pool and gym. The room had
rain forest shower heads and very comfortable beds. You can order a
complimentary fridge for your room and connect the rooms together with
opening an inner door in the rooms. Diverse with a lot of travelers. -

Close to the airport, complimentary shuttle to pick up and drop off. Large comfortable bed in a large room. Quiet and relaxing stay. Pool area pleasant, staff able to provide advice on what to do in 1 day, taxi right on the door step. Great stay

airport and two blocks from the free G-line shuttle if you want to go
to/from there and also from the Green Line Metro to go everywhere

I'm a tourist to LA. For the first moment I chose this hotel for its location and affordable price. It's near the LAX airport. And it's near the Metro Station of Green Line.It's near the free shuttle to LAX airport. Also, it's not far from the beach. When I arrive, I find something more than these. The staff was amazing, second weekend we stay there and all where extremely nice and helpful, even agreed to leave the spa opened for longer than the usual hours, extra towels and toiletries with no problems. The best part of this place is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful just what you would like to experience. It was clean and comfortable in a great location just a block from the 405. -

We liked the proximity to the airport without intrusive noise and the variety of convenient places to eat. We could be picked up from the hotel for tours too. The airport shuttle runs smoothly, so this, coupled with the high standard of cleanliness means that we would definitely recommend the Comfort Inn & Suites at LAX. -

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed, it couldn't have been better! The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, the little touches were SO appreciated (cookies at the bedside, beautiful soap in the bathroom), the cheese and wine (daily at 5pm) was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was the best you could get anywhere - such a choice of food it took me 10 minutes to get started! I can't wait to go back, just to look at the beautiful beach scenes and little birds painted on
