The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options
(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. One girl didn't even have her coat off and opened our drink an

We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable and in high standard. The staff was very helpful, overall facilities were fantastic (I recommend the bar :). Location is good, close to the metro, so you could be in the town in about 15 min from the moment you leave the doors of the hotel. If you travel by car, there is a free parking provided. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » blizzard and we couldn't have asked for any better service under the circumstances. The pool area was absolutely fantastic for the kids as we had 5 with us. Everyone was bending over backwards to make our snowed-in stay comfortable, We couldn't have had a better time.

Was close to fenway park where I was going to a concert. Good
restaraunts in the area. Love Boston anyway. The hotel was brand new

Really enjoyed our stay. All staff particularly shuttle drivers , concierge and receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. It was a very comfortable hotel with an excellent, responsive staff. The
room was clean and just the right size for our family, with a beautiful
view of the Charles River and city lights. The skylights in the center
of the building bring in outside light and really compliment the hotel.

Location was excellent with the light rail outside. Room was generally
quiet and very clean. Check in staff were efficient and welcomed us with
smiles and good local advise. Pool and spa were very welcome at the end
of a day exploring. Washing machine facilities were very handy. Initial

Cookies in the lobby, shuttle to the hospital. Cleanliness of the rooms, and that they had refrigerators. There are many nice restaurants around. And it's located In a nice area. -

We only stayed one night so possibly not in the best position to comment but it was most comfortable and suited for what we needed.hotel was very close to South Shore Plaza Shopping Centre if you are interested in shopping and close enough to the city if you have a car to drive-otherwise a 40 minute ride on the T-line which is very close.good side

Location across from Nantasket Beach was why I chose this resort. Being across from the beach was convenient, especially since we there during a heat wave. Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly
friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I
stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a
very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely
done. I get nervous about free breakfasts at times but this one was
legit

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room was updated,modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Our group enjoyed the local pub too! -
