I really appreciated the kindness of front desk staff to help me when my flight got cancelled and I had to spend the night in Burlington. They let me check in early, I enjoyed a great breakfast and stayed comfy and warm. Thank you Kyle and Austin for being so nice and taking such good care of me! Jackie Wyard-Yates, college student :D

The setting in the trees was very peaceful...love the cookies and the sweet dreams pillow..I actually went on line and ordered a couple.
Also some great restaurants within walking distance. -
We have stayed many times. Staff is usually helpful and the room is clean and comfortable.

Reception staff, showed concern (I am disabled, but had also had a minor accident a few days earlier and was in some discomfort).
The waitress at breakfast was wonderful. She treated us like we were regulars/old friends.

Altogether - a very pleasnt overnight stay. -
This is a basic Holiday Inn - reasonably clean and comfortable, with the usual Holiday Inn amenities. Nothing to get excited about, just a good comfortable room at a fair price. The restaurant food is nothing special, but the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Nice equipment in the exercise room.

The breakfast had very good choices and everything was very good. The hot food was plentiful and the eating area was clean.The room was clean and the beds comfy. They also offered coffee and tea 24/7 and milk and fresh baked cookies at 8 pm. It was a very homey touch and proved to be quite popular with the guests. -

Loved the spacious queen size room and the very comfortable beds. Very
clean and quiet in our room. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh and
made to order. -
We really enjoyed the pool and the spa. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. The room was just perfect.

I liked the view we had of teh Lake and I thought the staff was friendly
and extremley helpful. They stored my sons bike for him in a bagage room
that was locked up. We were able to walk to the stores,restaurants and
Bars. The cost to park the car wasn't bad 10 dollars and we
didn't have to take the car out till we left to take my son to
College.

We took a booking for a room "with lake views". What a
view!!! The hotel was well position for all sightseeing and eating
establishments. Staff were very friendly willing to help point out the
best in Burlington. The Manager was in the lobby on our last day
handing out freshley baked pastries-many thanks. Pool and spa were
clean and the house staff were fabulous and efficient. Cant fault the
hotel or location.

We liked that the rooms and the staff were really nice. But, I searched and searched for a decent hotel with an indoor pool, and that is why we chose this hotel. When we got settled in we decided to go check out the pool, with our 2 year old, who was very excited, and it was closed for maintenance. We were so let down, as well as my son who cri

The rooms and bathroomswere very clean. Loved having the second sink and plenty of mirrors.
Breakfast was very good and more than we expected, loved the pancakes!!
