How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » The staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out and all encounters in between. Manager Steven was the crowning jewel amongst the staff -
1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious.
2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc

Great hotel. Would stay there again. - The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The room was spacious and quiet. We loved the room amenities: internet connectivity, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.

We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -

The rooms were fantastic even at the standard level - excellent clean and sleak bathrooms. This was my first time staying in a smart room - it was equipped with and iPad and lights that all functioned with an iPad like feature on the phone. Room service was very well done. -

we were made to feel exceptionally welcome the moment we arrived . No task was ever to hard to accomodate .

Everything -awesome service got an upgrade two complete bathrooms in our
king suite great bed and service. They seemed to be cleaning our room

The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. Service was great. Stayed in Century City over the weekend so it was quiet. Beverly Hills adjacent so driving was as easy as driving can be in Los Angeles. The rooms have balconies. We opened the balcony door and listened to the fountain across the street. The Annenberg Space for Photography is across the street.

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
