The hotel in general was nice, staff were friendly especially Mr. Nader on the reception. The beach and pool were clean and quite.

The rooms are very small and the wifi in our room was very poor.

Excellent rooms.Wonderful location.

No Indian channels on tv. There are no nearby restaurants and we are pure vegetarians. It would have been nice if we had more choices of Indian Veg food in Room Service menu.

Staff were smiling and friendly, sea view was very nice, pool area was clean.

Food wasn't that tasty and very expensive compared to its quality. Didnt like beach area for swimming since there is fish.

The spa was very nice with a wide variety of massage treatments. The beach was clean and the room comfortable.

The hotel is near an industrial port which spoils the view. In the spa all of the body wrap treatments were unavailable.

the stuff was so kind they upgrade the room to a sea view room and they allow us to make very late check out

Staff are very friendly and extra attentive, over Eid it was crazy busy with kids and the new pool is great, big and all but put 100 adults and children in there... But the staff ran children games in the pool and their kids loved that... The beach was much quieter

Its a recently revamped hotel so not evertything is online yet... Kids club, for example but will be great when it is, as it's also recently refitted hotel there are a few things like skirting boards coming away, our plug in e bath wouldn't work so we could only shower, which for family with a child is a pain

Friendly staff, clean room, plenty of facilities, awesome breakfast buffet and lots more. The whole stay was memorable and I will definitely recommend to my friends

Nothing! I wish the hotel makes half or full board offers as their food is delectable. I also hope the hotel makes excursion to Al Wurayah Waterfalls

Nice place ,very nice city ,I want to come again

Spa is poor I was already book between 7-8pm but when I reach they told me that the staff will leave at 4pm so I should come now at 3pm (note ,I have just reach the hotel at 2:30pm &chek in is at 3 pm. So I think it is mismanagement frm the spa In addition the room is in roof & too much sun enter the room Lastly I think the spa need soft music to be relaxing for the customer

Overall it was a great pleasure as location and view is wonderful and environment is very relaxing there.

Food is very limited variety where we feel it could be much better in this pricing and grading of hotel.

The hotel is new, bright and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had a mountain view (but a KFC construction obstructed the view). Pool and beach were v pretty. Food was average standard.

The view of the sea was marred by the power station in the distance, while the mountain view was obscured by a KFC being built in front of it. This is not so much the hotel's fault as that of the UAE in general ruining their natural resources.

Very refreshing attitude of the staff, beautiful scenery all around with easy access to town centre. Hotel ambiance is lovely. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

cooporative staff and Mr. Nader was really very sportive and solve my check in proplems in few minutes. Arabic staff in the recption are more cooporative and understanding than other and knows how to deal with problems and solve it.

long time for check in and special requests not considerd from the begining. smoke all over our coridor though we have requested for non-smoking rooms Music troublesome especially for people who are sitting in the lobby or coffe shop for more than 5 minutes as it has fast and short rhythm similar to belly dancing music and this was a collective note from every one.

Situation on the beach. Welcome and availability of the reception staff

Room close to the elevator is noisy. Staff in the restaurant is unexperienced and breakfast management is poor. Works until November to extend the resorts as a consequence none of the beach activities are available

Fantastic pool and great breakfast buffet.

The hotel was full of Arab families that were making a lot of noise throughout the night - loud conversations and slamming doors until about 3 AM when it settled down.

restaurant with a sea view was the best that we have ever experienced in the UAE...very clean- comfortable- view rich rooms, gym, pool & spa were all amazing
