I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Gostiny Dvor hotel! The staff were very friendly. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. kind,cheerful,and attentive to all guests who come by. The accomodation
is relaxing and perfect for vacation or business travelers. I`ve stayed
there twicw now. For 12 days in April 2012 and just returned from a 14
day April 13-27th,2013 vacation to Kharkov,Ukraine once again.

Конечно, сложно ожидать другого от пятизвездочного отеля, но тем не менее, сравнивая с другими отелями подобного уровня Superior golf and spa resort абсолютно на уровне и высоте. Замечательная спа зона с бассейном. Что важно: температура воды теплая (зимой) и детишки могли вдоволь наплаваться. В спа стоит профес. итальянская спа-комната Sweet Spa, фирмы starpool. Очень классная! Ужин также был замечательный. В-общем отличный отель, обязательно остановимся

Actually one of the best hotels we ever stayed in Ukraine. It is newly developed, very clean hotel with big non-smoking (!) rooms. Our room had a big balcony - very enjoying. The staff, particularly Angelina, were responsive, friendly, and helpful. I want to emphasize very responsive. Very clean. Great shower. Quiet. Kharkov hardly seems a tourist destination, so the location was not too bad if you were there for purpose. Be sure and try their "Russian Bath"!

Svetlana who works at reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent.. I was really satisfied to stay this hotel.. The price was good. If the hotel is closer to city center it wouldn't be this price.. Thank you for your kindly hospitality..

This place is one of the most cosiest you can find, especially at such fair rates. The rooms are large and they have all features an accomodation needs to make you feel comfortable and home. It is the perfect synthesis of apartment with hotel features with a 24 hour reception-desk even serving meals and offering a lot of different beverages.

This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff
spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was
great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to

It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!
