This is my second stay at the Aurora (first was August 2012). Still great value, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and nice rooms. As a result of Ukrainian policy I think public area smoking has decreased and thus the lobby is not quite as filled with the stench of cigarette smoke so that is good. Extremely friendly staff. Girls on the front desk spoke English and it was no problem checking in at midnight. The concierge was very helpful and spoke a number of languages.

This almost brand new hotel is a very good place to stay in Kharkov. The facilities are huge and the services are perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. This place is one of the most cosiest you can find, especially at such fair rates. The rooms are large and they have all features an accomodation needs to make you feel comfortable and home. It is the perfect synthesis of apartment with hotel features with a 24 hour reception-desk even serving meals and offering a lot of different beverages.
