This is my second stay at the Aurora (first was August 2012). Still great value, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and nice rooms. there were no faults for me, and i will definately be using this hotel again when in kharkov.

I was well impressed with location (very central but quiet) of this hotel. Also, staff was very polite and helpful with bar open 24 hours which was helpful with Client meeting. The standards of this hotel about 4-star European hotel chain (Marriot, Hilton|). I will definitely recommend this hotel for someone to stay on short business trip.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Gostiny Dvor hotel! The staff were very friendly. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. Extremely friendly staff. Girls on the front desk spoke English and it was no problem checking in at midnight. The concierge was very helpful and spoke a number of languages.
Hotel is central and within walking distance to many places. There is a Metro station just around the corner for longer trips or the staff can call a taxi.

Staff was friendly, consierge successfully booked my tickets to kiev, they know English well, breakfast was good including the staff serviced the breakfast was so friendly, the place of the hotel is in the center of the city and close to the metro station, the hotel is clean and safe... internet connection works in everywhere, at the hotel rooms, lobby everywhere..

Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. New bathroom/WC, nice little balcony with lovely view of the lake. Free wi-fi in rooms. And all that for the super price of approx. 20 Euro (breakfast and parking included)!!! -

Svetlana who works at reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent.. I was really satisfied to stay this hotel.. The price was good. If the hotel is closer to city center it wouldn't be this price.. Thank you for your kindly hospitality..

The four room Hotel was very nice very clean and the staff were excellent , I have stayed in many Hotels around the world and I have never hade better service! The staff are a credit to this Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone !!
