I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. WIFI

In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open. The room is like and 1 bedroom apartment. Great to have a flat with full kitchen and sitting room instead of small hotel rooms; central location to explore Kiev. 24h reception in the building, not always English-speaking, but always friendly and helpful. arrived after midnight at Kiev airport, we could arrange a taxi through the hotel in advance which was very helpful. free wifi. -

There was also breakfast possibility but we didnt use it. I recommend this place to everyone. Our room was called Blue Room..

When I arrived, there was a small mix up with the rooms but the staff were fantastic! They sorted everything out, they were very friendly, they gave me the room I expected which was very nicely decorated and in my view, the location is perfect to see and visit the sights of Kiev. 10 out of 10 to the staff! I will be staying here again! -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ation is fabulous with good views down the main street. It is easy to walk to lots of tourist places from the apartment. The English speaking manageress was very helpful. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The airport is huge, light and airy.

This is an excellent hotel in a residential high rise apartment
building. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Great queen size bed,
fridge and stove. Superb $$ value. 5 minute walk to metro which costs 25
us cents a ride. They like Americans!! If you want extra pillows and

The staff made up of Vitaly, Lyudmila and Dmitriy were friendly, honest and professional. The apartment is situated on Independence Square and on the Khreshatik. Perfect location. The Khreshatik becomes pedestrian during the weekend and the mood is festive. Chique deco, clean, comfortable apartment. -

I have stayed in several of the apartments at 19 Baseina street now.
Across the street is a shopping centre with a supermarket (like Coles/ Woolworths/ Safeway etc equivalent) in the bottom level. Combined with the kitchen and washing machine in each apartment this is a powerful boon to travelers who wish to pack light or are on a budget.

- The hotel have a key- location in the center of Podil, right at the Contractova square and Andriyovsky uzviz (pedestrian zone). Kreschatyk, Sophia Cathedral and Independance Square are in walking distanse from it.

This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late.

Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also
many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many
choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel
again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna,
so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with
many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the
black pig at the top on the street, great food.
