A very well decorated three bedroom apartment in one of the top districts in Kiev. The flat is located 5 minutes away from the main street by taxi. The landlady, Iryna, welcomed us at the door and spent a fair amount of her time giving us advice on where to eat or go out. She was also available on the phone for any other request. Great welcome with wonderful personal touch from Irina ( the owner), who went out of her way ion any sense to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Appartment was cozy,clean and very comfortable.

Due to "technical reasons" we were given another flat at Senator Apartment Maidan instead. We were offered a bigger flat for the same price, and they even called (and paid) a taxi for us to get there. Our new flat was awesome, much nicer than expected, and in a perfect location, central but quiet and safe. Everything was just fine, hot water all day long, wi-fi working without problems, nicely-equipped kitchen, and comfy bed. Perfect service and very good value for money. Highly recommended!

Great spa/fitness area,
Very central location but the entrance is away from the crowds.
Very attentive staff : concierge arranged our evenings. The reception graciously allowed us a late check-out at no cost as our flight back home was very late in the evening.

My sister and I recently visited Kiev and stayed at the lovely City Hotel where we were made to feel very welcome with all our needs catered for. The staff ( all ) staff, were very welcoming polite friendly and helpful.
