  The building is beautiful with traditional decor and large stained glass window at the main stair case. The staff were really friendly and could not have been more helpful, providing everything from an annotated map to the city centre - without me asking for it, to menus for local restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order in a ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » cosey and friendly dining room and did not disappoint. The food was delicious and I was particularly impressed that they had a vegetarian hot breakfas - A warm sincere greeting by the owners on arrival set the tone for our stay. Lovely room , well dressed and furnished.En-suite more than roomy enough and fit for purpose, which isn't always the case with guest houses we've used in the past. Location is peaceful, and in a nice area. Pleasant and friendly staff could not be more helpful, and the breakfast sets you up for the day, truly a treat!! Private parking at the back of the house (free), is a bonus. We both rate Ascot House as being as good

  I loved everything about the hotel. Every member of staff was reallyhelpful and quite lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The bookingout time of 12 noon was realistic and breakfast between 7 and 11 wascertainly more civilised than some hotels. I would certainly staythere again. - Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and excellent parking facilities for an extra charge.
