From the friendly greeting I received from Hazel when I drew up on the
driveway in my car, to the excellent service and hospitality shown
throughout my stay, I must say I was not expecting anything to this
standard. I'm used to stopping in the usual chain hotels we all look
for when stopping away but, as this had received such positive reviews
from other customers, I thought I'd give it a try. I was overwhelmed
by the amount of thought that had gone into making my stay both

Arriving after a long day, to a cheery welcome from Hazel our host. Who then asked if we would like a pot of tea and toasted tea cakes, served in the lovely garden. The large, very comfortable room, with a comfy kingsize bed, and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Hazel could not do enough for us. There are some comments on line, about the bathroom in bedroom 3. Yes it is fairly small and no bath but Hazel has made a lovely wet room out of the available space. I am 6ft and did not find.

Warm, friendly welcome. Large bedroom with comfy window-seat overlooking
the garden. Robes and safe in wardrobe, chocolates on the dressing
table, bed really comfortable - in fact everything you would expect of a
four star rated B& - except for the en-suite. The tea, coffee and
macarrons when we arrived were much appreciated though! Breakfast in a
room with a roaring log fire is great on such a cold day.
My room was lovely and spacious and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfy and had high quality bedding. Breakfasts available were nice and varied. I had fresh pineapple and oranges, then muesli followed by a wonderful full english breakfast. The b&b is in a peaceful, semi rural setting (but v. close to telford). i didnt hear any traffic noise and had a great nights sleep!.
The staff where very freindly from the time we got there to the time we
left. We got offered a cup of tea and toasted teacakes when we arrived
which we didnt expect although we didnt have the tea cakes we did have
the cup of tea and biscuits in the garden on a hot sunny day it was very
appriciated.
Th room was lovely, spacious, and clean. Facilities such as plug sockets, tv, and shower ect were brilliant. Staff are very friendly and willing to help you with and queries. Secur parking. I would definitely stay again when in the area.
Very friendly owner Hazel made the visit worthwhile, with her relaxed approachable manner, lovely quiet room (2) and excellent breakfast to set up an Ironbridge Museumfest! Also helped with local walks. Thanks Hazel.

The bathroom was very small and narrow. When sitting on the toilet if
you could move the sink downwards it would be sitting on your lap.
Beautiful design but tiles on floor very cold especially in the middle
of the night when the heating had gone off. No room to dry off other
than the bedroom where the towels were (no room in bathroom) and I'm
under five feet tall and slightly build. We managed and laughed about it
but not sure everyone would.
