Trust in people in the Islands is obvious here. The owner was out, the door was open with a note telling us what room to occupy The owner appeared shortly afterwards and we got everything sorted-no problem. Accomodation excellent. Flexible times for breakfast and choices sorted out the evening before. Nothing seemed to be a problem for Margo. Well done.
The proprieter was extremely friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. It is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stornoway, however we thought the sat nav was wrong because it started taking us through an industrial estate. In fact it took us to the B&B which is located on the seafront with good views sea views.όλα τα σχόλια »
The freindliness of host was excellent , very informative and helpfull. Packed lunch & flasks filled for early morning ferry , and attending to other guests for breakfast for early morning ferry ie: Half five in morning ! The cleanliness of house throughout and , excellent comfort and facilitys in room .
Our hostess was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than the regular check - in time and made us a late breakfast and let us check out late the next morning. Very considerate as we had been at a wedding and returned in the early hours after the reception.
We had an excellent welcome after what was a very exhausting journey. Margo was delightful and made us feel at home immediately.
The house and rooms are immaculate and very comfortable.
We will certainly be back and could recommend this b and b to anyone.
Warm, friendly hospitality and customer care from Margo. Very accessible from ferry terminal or airport and close to centre of Stornoway, while secluded with harbour view. Individualised menu for breakfast. I will be back and recommend highly.
Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Lovely comfortable room in a great location. Owner was very pleasant. Overall a lovely stay in a fabulous area. Would highly recommend this accommodation to other visitors.
I had gone up to Stornoway for a friends wedding. I couldnt have wished for better accommodation. Margo was a fantastic hostess and couldnt have done more for us. I would highly recommend anybody to stay at 27.
The room was lovely cannot fault it at all the bed itself was very comfy
and apart from hearing someone snoring above me I had a very good
sleep!!!!!! The owner was lovely and couldn't do enough for us.
I received a friendly welcome. The room decor was lovely and both the room and ensuite were spotlessly clean. In the morning after breakfast I was also given a packed lunch which was very thoughtful.
The owner was duper accommodating and lovely. The room was decorated to a high standard, and we even had breakfast done at 6am for us to catch the early ferry.

The weather some days !.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that it didn't have
an on suite bathroom, which wouldn't really have been a problem
except that we were right next door to the dining room, the front door
was in full view as well and the kitchen was right opposite us and we
had to leave our room in our night clothes to use the shower, which
unfortunately we couldn't get working so I had to wash my hair in
the wash hand basin not so good!!!!!!!!!!!!.
