  Painstaking refurbishment by the owners has certainly paid off. Accommodation was pristine and beautiful, with great attention to detail. Owned by friendly young couple with two young children. Breakfast was superb and very friendly and helpful landlords. Well located on the A379 between Dartmouth and Kingsbridge and I will certainly make this my ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » base for future trips to Devon and we all loved the experience. - The house was bright and our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The tea and coffee served on our arrival was greatly appreciated. The breakfast menu choices were both innovative and very tasty and the portions suited us perfectly. We found the beds really comfortable and there was no shortage of hot water. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean and the communal lounge was a great asset.
