  I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. Buffet hot breakfast was fresh and delicious. The bathroom was impeccably clean with enveloping towels. We shall undoubtedly be making a return visit. The location and parking facility being perfect for our requirements.

  Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ready for me They told me to complain to you which I am now doing. You had correct details on your notification to me but not to them apparently. - Nice staff. The room and WC was spotless clean. Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep! The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

  The room was spacious comfortable, homely warm and spotless. The bathroom was more than adequate and sparkling clean. The staff especially June were friendly and professional, we were met with a hot drink and given full instructions about the Hotel and information where to eat locally. This Hotel is in a perfect location for Liverpool Airport and not that far from the train station. We will - When we arrived we were offered hot drinks while the receptionist explained safetyguide lines and meal times. We did not hear any noise from other guests at all.The whole place looked as though it had been newly painted, the carpets were clean and appeared to be new.   I was pleasantly surprised that they had a 24-hour bar, which was a bonus for a late-night drink when we came back. This Express by Holiday Inn had improved the breakfast offering compared with other hotels in the chain. It was very pleasant. We were pleased that they had a direct link to taxis.
