All i can say is everything about this hotel is amazing above all the staff are fantastic, for organising a candle lit dinner for our wedding anniversary, so proffessional.
A nice friendly calm environment, with good facilities and the opportunity to relax and be ourselves and experience lovely food.
Friendly welcome, inspite of a Wedding Reception, attentive and reasonably quiet, good food, would recommend. όλα τα σχόλια »
The welcome back on arrival, a quiet drink in the lounge and a very good meal in their restaurant.
Staff very helpful, rooms comfortable. Convenient for Gatwick while still being quiet.
Friendly staff, Location, Picturesque, Clean, nice breakfast too.
The grounds were beautiful.,room was nice .
Room, grounds.
Staff were polite and friendly.
the room.
Staff.
Nothing.
It was very hot in the bedroom and dining area in the evening and breakfast time, needed to have some sort of control. We turned down the radiators in the bedroom and opened windows but it was sweltering.
Not a dislike, but water in the room I find a nice gesture along with tea/coffee.
Restaurant was already booked so we didn't get to try it - but there are two good pubs a short stroll away. New wings look a bit like an old people's home.
Price of a drink. Have to keep window closed in the morning because of the noise if the planes taking off one after another at gatwick. Wi fi didn't work at all in our room. It's 2013 guys come on.
Food, bit worn, no atmosphere in bar or restaurant, seems to want to attract only older people.
Bit disappointed in the cleanliness in room this time. Have stayed before and was happy with the room but last visit was lots of cobwebs and dust. Room size wasn't as good either.
the fact that I arrived very hungry about 9pm to be told the restaurant has last orders at 8,30pm. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.
No wi fi in room even after asking
Only Xmas menu available i.e.no a'la carte
Towel rail not working
No towels in room on arrival
Altogether disappointed.
