Everything about this hotel was excellent,and I have never seen so muchfood for breakfast,the staff were great.i would def recomend thishotel,infact I have booked again for 2 weeks time and this time bringingthe kids 10/10 - The location is ideal as it is close to other services,shopping ,eating out and the movies. Staff at reception were welcoming and friendly, asking room preference when checking in as to what floor I preferred. This was much appreciated as had only just become aware hotel located on busy road/roundabout. Twin room was spacious and clean and for a 3* rating, well appointed. The room was lovely with plenty of space, great view and nice bathroom with an excellent shower.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stopped as a halfway point to Bath. We were fortunate enough to have
a disabled parking space, otherwise parking would have been a lottery.
We were there for Sunday only and looking at the area, this was the
quietist day to be there as it is surrounded by clubs and pubs. The
staff were helpful and polite and the breakfast was basic but adequate

opposite for an evening meal and this was excellent. -
The staff there were really friendly and helpful. Especially the female staff who looks like Taylor Swift her name is Jade. Shes really very nice. The other girl name H.. I forgot her name but shes also very friendly. They made me feel like im a family in the hotel and I really appreciate it. Sincerely thanks them so much.

Room was really fresh and clean. Bed made and room cleaned whilst we
were out. Room located on ground floor nice and quiet. On arrival staff
ensured we had a ground floor room as I am asthmatic and have trouble
climbing stairs.

Really friendly staff. Rooms clean comfy and well equipped. Supermarket and restaurant nearby made life when travelling with children easier. Good location for reasonably short car trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon lots of lovely Cotswold villages etc. even Stone Henge only about 30 mins away. -

Highly professional and friendly staff throughout the hotel from moment we arrived until we left.

I arrived late and left very early the next morning, the staff could not have been more helpful. They made up a breakfast pack for me to take away - The cleanliness of the place and the high level facilities.
