Staff at reception were welcoming and friendly, asking room preference when checking in as to what floor I preferred. This was much appreciated as had only just become aware hotel located on busy road/roundabout. Twin room was spacious and clean and for a 3* rating, well appointed. The room was lovely with plenty of space, great view and nice bathroom with an excellent shower.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stopped as a halfway point to Bath. We were fortunate enough to have
a disabled parking space, otherwise parking would have been a lottery.
We were there for Sunday only and looking at the area, this was the
quietist day to be there as it is surrounded by clubs and pubs. The
staff were helpful and polite and the breakfast was basic but adequate

opposite for an evening meal and this was excellent. -
The staff there were really friendly and helpful. Especially the female staff who looks like Taylor Swift her name is Jade. Shes really very nice. The other girl name H.. I forgot her name but shes also very friendly. They made me feel like im a family in the hotel and I really appreciate it. Sincerely thanks them so much.

Even though we arrived slightly early Steve gave us a very warm welcome. The cottage is very nicely furnished with lots of homely feel. We enjoyed sitting in a quiet and beautifull garden in the heart of the countryside.
The breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh coffee. The room was large, clean and well decorated, with superb views across open countryside. A great place to stay.
