Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door.
The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband
had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a
result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and
complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable

have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was
excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are
looking for -
Class, sophistication and elegance.
The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world.
The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb.
Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must.
Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.
The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom.

Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever -
The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

The hotel is very nice, the staff were excellent, the food was good, but i did think the breakfast was a bit expensive at £28 per person. - friendly staff, we lost the key and no problems replacing it, concierge helped with many telephone enquiries,

The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

The Staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. The location cannot be bettered; very central, 3 minutes form the Jubilee Line yet quiet and peaceful. -
The hotel,atmosphere,food and staff were excellent, everything we expected it to be.A good location. I could get use to this life very quickly !

The Goring presents its self as having all the values one would expect of a high quality traditional British hotel. The staff are attentive and courtious and the decor and service are excellent. htan kalo xenodoxeio alla makria apo metro kai h perioxh ta bradia htan erhmikh - Wauw, I'm impressed! Room was not very big, but comfortable clean and neat. Many services like 24 hrs roomservice, wide range of tv services like movies internet etc even in my language dutch, good gym, excellent staff, very friendly and quick service, very helpfull.

Friendly helpful staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and ready to provide assistance and information as required. We were offered an upgrade to a suite which included use of the executive lounge. This added to our enjoyment of the stay. - I really enjoyed the breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the
location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the
hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of
other b

window open and we couldn't believe we were in central London!

Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a
short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

The bed... It was huge!!! The staff were also really friendly and veryhelpful. The hotel was situated in a great location, so easy to get toand lots of places to go and see within a few minutes walk! - The room was great! Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Outstanding location for visiting the center of the city. All in all I was thoroughly pleased.
