from when we got there the reception area was clean and the staff very friendly and helpfull.the rooms are clean well equiped bathroom was clean had a big walk in shower,the bed was comfy and warm asked fro two extra pillows and they where there when we got back.the breakfast was brill really liked the buffet idea,wanted fried eggs not scrabbled a

We have stayed at the Wool Merchant's on a number of weekend occasions now and have found it offers very good value for money. The staff are helpful, the rooms very clean and (in our case) spacious with good bathrooms. We haven't eaten in the on site Italian restaurant yet but the breakfast on offer is superb ! We are already booked in for a couple of Saturdays next year on the strength of our previous stays. All in all, great value especially at the price.

Superb hotel, the rooms were fantastic and modern incl. leisure facilities. All staff helpful and happy. Only stayed 1 night but will be back for a long weekend. - Fantastic modern hotel with everything you could want for a pleasant stay

perfect experience！good location close to train station and city center. warm staff and good service. and well equipped even cookers and tableware. everything is excellent.
什么都超好的 虽然有点小贵 但是很值得！厨具餐具一应俱全，跟在家里没有两样！不过没有食用油啦酱油啦这些，基本的盐和胡椒是有的哦~妈妈比较关心做饭的事所以啰嗦两句。基本上大家都很满意~另外洗衣机是洗烘干一体机非常便利。无条件好评~ -

It was very convenient for the motorway. It was in a beautiful location with stunning views across the valley. We needed to a hotel within the area and had not stayed at Weetwood Hallbefore. The facilities were superb and the cleanliness was of a highstandard throughout. Delightful surroundings, a charming building that has been sympathetically and recently restored to a very high standard. The Staff provided an outstanding service, ably supported by an excellent chef. The evening meal was excellent; terrific flavours and superb value for money, as was the breakfast. And if you like a good ale there are plenty to choose from. Very highly recommended.

I personally thought that the hotel was exceptional value for money and have already expressed an interest in staying there again as I may be down that way on business often. The hotel, facilities, food and staff were excellent as was the room that was allocated to myself. - The food was excellent. Good Breakfasts.
