The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked.

Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn.

Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this
hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here

Everything was absolutely exquisite: the facilities are superb, but, above all, the atmosphere is as friendly, welcoming and totally helpful as can be. The warm welcome by the efficent staff the food was good the facilitiesprovided by the hotel - Really enjoyed my stay at the village hotel - the staff were friendly and willing to help. The leisure facilities were great, lovely steam room and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay there again.

We were there to hold a black tie celebration party for my son's 21st. Everything was superb. The venue room was ideal and freshly decorated. The bedrooms were very comfortable. My husband and I would like to compliment the hotel on the standard of service received from the staff. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. Ican remember when you were standing 6 deep to get served for lunch soplease get it right again also I dont know weather its the credit crunchbut little things that show good touches are missing like night drinksbiscuites you might not use them but they were there if needed and itslittle touches that count - friendliness of staff. lovely room. good
