The room was clean and well equipped.The owners were very friendly, helpful and went out of there way to help to make my stay the best possible. The airport transfer was really good. Justsay when you want to go and you are taken, then on my return i phoned to say i had arrived and 3-4 minutes later they were there to collect me. Fantastic place and people.

The staff were really excellent and flexible - allowing me to check in much earlier than normal, after I had arrived from Dublin to Bristol airport. They had the room cleaned early, as I waited, and gave me some coffee and breakfast, TV, internet access, etc. The owner also dropped by to say hello. The staff also allowed me to use their printer and were excellent in providing transport to and from the train station in Bristol (about a 30 minute drive) and were much cheaper than a regular taxi.

friendly staff and excellent food - The owners were friendly, helpful and very accommodating when the size of my party change. I arrived on the coldest day of the year (-10 degrees) and was given extra heaters and blankets.

Excellent location for access to bristol airport. Out of town quiet country setting. Pleasant efficient attitude from staff, nothing too much trouble. To start off I would say that you cant find a better location, a better sized and CLEAN room in this price, barring you plan and book atleast 2 months in advance.

Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us. It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. Easy check in, very friendly and helpful receptionist. only stayed one night and arrived a little late due to getting lost in Bristol city centre. Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning
flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very
comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for
breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub
free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful.
Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.
