It is located in the city center and market square. It is convenientlylocated directly above a pub. The employee who checked us in and who wasthe bar maid for the evening was lovely!! Great job Diane!! - good location

The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and
good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were
very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on

The room was clean and smart. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were impressed by our first view of this hotel. Much better than expected as was Lowestoft itself. Car park just over the road from the hotel entrance. Easily accessed lift just by reception and very few steps for disabled persons like myself.

Brilliant Hotel, staff very polite, nothing was to much trouble, The Sunday Buffet was excellent and so was the breakfast the next morning, Room large & comfortable and warm, the bathroom was large and the shower was nice & hot and easy to work. the number of T.V. programs were excellent. the view from the enlarged bar/decking area was good, very very happy with our stay would recommend.

Staff at hotel were so helpful and went out of their way for us.. Breakfast was really good with a lot of selection of choices and meals in evening and were very reasonable in price as were bar drinks in prices as well. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Very happy with both rooms (twin and double). Found reviews read before going to the hotel did not, in our opinion, reflect the way we found it. We found staff very helpful. - There was a fire at the hotel during the night and we had to be evacuated,the staff did a fantastic

Run by lovely people who could not do enough for you. Excellent situation, 8 minutes drive from Snape Maltings and near the coast. Easy parking. HUge rooms with comfortable beds and lashings of hot water. Fantastic coffee!

I only stayed one night - the staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, bright and cool. There was a good choice of food at breakfast, which was enjoyable to eat and included in the price of the room. Also I would add the hotel was within walking distance of town centre. As ever the location is absolutely brilliant.
Pleasant staff providing a good service.
As regular visitors we appreciated the efforts made to deal with the weekend breakfast issue when the hotel is full with wedding guests - by advising of the best time and warning that there might be delays. so on the Sunday morning we took a stroll into Sudbury

A pleasant day for our stay so enjoyed a good cream tea on the balcony followed by Pimms (it was a surprise 70th). Later drinks in the bar seated on comfy chairs / sofa followed by an extremely good meal and breakfast the following morning.

We were so impressed with our apartment, we booked an additional two nights on the tail end of our trip. Everything about the accommodation far surpassed our expectations and we will not consider staying anywhere but here when we find ourselves back in the area. -
