I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as was our server at dinner that evening. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with
the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a
deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although

The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot. It was an excellent hotel with good facilities. It is ideal for all types of travellers. good walking distance to the city centre. the room was well presented and of a good size. - The layout of the room and facilities contained within it , ie tv , dvd and cd player. The faciltiy of obtaining loaned dvd's fromt he reception was also a good idea.

The hotel's location was very central and the shopping centre was a stone's throw away. The room was of a very high standard and the stay was very pleasant. quick and effortless time it took to check in being told about the amenities at the hotel the location of the hotel was ideal for us to travel around Scotland for the four days that we stayed - Super room - better than we have normally had in the past.

The staff were excellent we a minor problem and this was solved with speed and efficency. This is a hidden gem of a place with good food and excellent views of the hills and the golf course the gym and pool were also well maintained. Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. We enjoyed our stay very much - Well sited in relation to Ayr town centre . Delightful views of Arran. Staff very efficient and friendly.

The range and quality of the facilities were fantastic, the staff could not have been nicer, the whole place was immaculate and the atmosphere around the whole resort was lovely and relaxing. The location was perfect, all the staff were so friendly,polite and helpful., very well run. I was treated to this break by my friend as a pick me up after ill health last year, the facial on our last day was amazing. Thank you to all the staff at the Spa. We hope to return soon
