I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. Everyone very helpful. Restaurant and staff superb. Could I suggest that "crisps or savouries" are available to purchase in Bar area. My sister and I relaxed in the bar at least an hour prior to lunch and wanted a packet of crisps, following our journey to Glasgow but nothing was available. - The hotel was fabulous with very friendly staff, the

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. They were extremely happy with the hotel and the facilities.

Food was wonderful, Room was perfect as I have mobility problems we were on ground floor, we had no problems with wifi. Location was also ideal and easy reach for other locations and areas of interest.

2nd visit to this hotel in past 2 years. I couldn't fault it. Everything about it was first class. We stayed 4 nights. We ended up eating in restaurant every night.Weather was bad and we didn't want to walk too far.Once you eat there your spoiled, and reluctant to try anywhere else. We did lunch in different places. Above all, we liked the friendly staff who made our visit to Arran a real pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable, the food excellent and the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the island. -
I liked the location and the staff were very helpful and although we did not require any additional assistance we knew it was available. Also that the Internet log in was given, this was a good touch.

The hotel's location was very central and the shopping centre was a stone's throw away. The room was of a very high standard and the stay was very pleasant. The location of the hotel was excellent, the surrounding countryside and the views where second to none.The spa facilities where of a high standard we received excellent service. The staff where very helpful and friendly at the hotel and the spa. - I got engaged there so it coudnt have been bad and the expresion on her face when entering the room

Well designed in terms of environmental concerns, the littleblue light in the bathroom was a great idea as I like to leave a lighton when staying in a "strange" room in case I need to get up in thenight. Excellent breakfast, very good place for an overnight stay. - The Hotel is trendy, modern and located at a large retail area with cinema and restaurants right around the corner. The loaction is also 2 minutes from the M74 motorway - excellent choice for an overnight stop.
