The location on the Royal Mile was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the things we wanted to do. It was easy to drive too, with easy parking behind the hotel. It was also easy to get out of Edinburgh from this location. With this in mind I will be using this hotel again for future visits to Edinburgh. - Interesting food in Tapas style bar.

Choosing accommodation in a city that you are unfamiliar with is always hard. We chose well as this hotel is brilliantly located in the "old " city right off the Royal Mile. Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through
letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so
attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room.
The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added
extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. We
also had a massage each in the spa centre which was fantastic. The
location is more than you could ask for- everything on the doorstep!!

This was without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable UK stays I have ever had. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Though rooms were small, they were well appointed, efficiently arranged and meticulously kept. The staff was stellar, the restaurant exceptional and the location as perfect as could be. Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing.
Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's
sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off
on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at
least we felt safe. We will book again in the near future. -

Beautiful hotel with a lovely view of the hillside, quiet location yet close to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. After reading the reviews,we didnt have high expectations but for us we just wanted a place to put downs our heads for the 2nights we were there.But i have to say the room was immaculate and was way above our expectations. We were right over the three sisters pub but the noise didnt bother us.I would highly recommend it to students or anyone up for

We had a perfect stay at the Apex International Hotel. Our room was fantastic with excellent views of the castle and was very clean and comfortable.
