Lizzie and Gary are incredibly hospitable and helpful. Every day at adelicious breakfast Lizzie will give you some hints on what's on inEdinburgh. The location for us was ideal as it is close to the student accomodation whaer our daughter is - but with very frequent busses it is only 5 minuits to Princes street, or a 20-25 minute walk.

Caroline was great. She was very friendly, told us everything we needed to know and check-in was quick and efficient. The two bedroom, two bathroom, living room and kitchen apartment was huge and extremely clean. The breakfast was self serve, but great. The apartment was located on a nice quiet street about a 45 minute walk or 10 -15 minute cab ride from city centre.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. When I had three hours to wait until I could check into my next hotel, Margaret let me stay a bit late in my room. Excellant customer service. The value for money was simply excellant, the food was fresh and we had good options to choose from.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was superb (best porridge I've ever tasted!) Lunch was freshly prepared and good value for money.
