me and my boyfriend stayed at the hale guest house for one night, our stay there was amazing. we where made feel welcome straight away by Billy who greeted us at the door and showed us up to our room. breakfast was great and served when suits you. Billy is a kind and friendly host. It only takes 10 minutes and 2 pounds on the 82A bus (direction Runcorn) to get to the Hale Village Post Office and then it is a 2 minute walk to the guesthouse. Best food close by is the Wellington pub - they have free WI-FI as does the guesthouse. Billy gave me a lift to the airport in the morning.

Really nice place and good value for money. I e-mailed in advance to request a parking space and this was confirmed. They checked us in earlier than the 2pm checkin time and done so quickly so we could get to the pub to watch the match and even pointed us in the direction of the best pub to go to. Our landlady made us very welcome and we were able to find a previously-reserved parking spot easily. The breakfasts were hot, satisfying and tasty, and my online request for a vegetarian cooked breakfast had been arranged. The room was quiet, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Although we only stayed for 3 nights we felt very relaxed by the time we left and would definitely go back again. The Andora is also really close to the seafront and main town.

What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. I loved the informal set up. - Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, great location and good value for money

During my stay at The Casartelli I really enjoyed the luxurious facilities of the room. We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

We came to Liverpool for a night out and the location of the Hotel could not of been better. Staff were very friendly and helpful, security of the hotel was outstanding. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay within the city centre. -

The whole experience from start to finish was great, staff were more than accommodating and the apartments just felt like your were at home. Fabulous layout, the images online doesn't do it justice.

The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely
come back. No complaints at all from us.

The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars

We wanted something different & the Titanic Boat was just that, we only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked, would have been nice to stay longer it was luxury for the whole family our children age 9& 16 both loved it too, we had quality family time on the boat then enjoyed the sights of Liverpool the next day. Definatly recommended.

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and
conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.
