The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. -

the staff were very helpful. they gave us a very big room and it was on the first floor which was very helpful considering i'm pregnant and had two young children with me.there is a bar in the hotel which allowes children in it so if you fancy a drink you can relax with your children. Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! We came with a 4 month old, and they could not have been more accommodating! It was raining and they even lent us umbrellas for the day. We didhave one problem that when we first got our room it wasnt clean butthis was quickly rectified and we got a new room and a welcome pack.Only other problem was tv reception but I did not spend much timewatching tv anyway.

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our hostess, Linda is an absolute sweetheart. She was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Even after being late by almost 30 mins, she agreed to serve us fresh breakfast.

We loved the apartment. Just big enough for a couple, with a separate living area. Nice big comfortable bed in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. Dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, fridge and all the kitchen stuff one may need. We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.

Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing.
Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's
sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off
on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at
least we felt safe. We will book again in the near future. -
