A very nice hotel where I enjoyed a comfortable single room which had
everything I expected and particularly good lighting. Above all, I was
given an extremely warm welcome by the member of staff who gave me my
key, showed me to my room and ensured everything was to my satisfaction.

hotel employee I have encountered for ages!!! -
The hotel was not fully booked and we were upgraded which was very nice.
We didn't have a lot to do with the staff themselves apart from
breakfast and meeting the cleaner in the hall but they were smartly
presented and always courteous.

Despite only staying overnight didnt really have a chance to see what was available but overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable cost. - Food was excellent,leisure facilities were excellent,the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall very relaxing hotel.

Everything about the Hotel;, Staff were welcoming and friendly -the room was large, light, airy and comfortable as were the beds. The food we ordered as room service was quick to come and tasty and breakfast was delicious. Very friendly staff/manager at check in. Gay couple so sometimes have problems. No issues at all. Rooms very very good value for money. Large, full bathroom/bath facilities a plus. didnt use them due to late arrival but additional facilities such as spa/sauna etc all included in price were an added bonus.

We were given sensible ,helpful advice re. parking on the telephone before visit so it only cost £4.50 for our stay in nearby carpark.
The young man on reception took an interest in our visit which was a nostalgis trip as we got engaged in Lincoln 46years ago and were celebrating our 45th wedding aniversary. We even got a card and he'd remembered

We booked as a 'cheap deal' so were very pleasantly surprised at positon of hotel and standard of room etc. Would love -
Loved the location . Hotel well designed but pity the balconies off the
top floor bar aren't larger. The days we stayed were very warm and
the 2 small balconies were crammed. Disappointed that being residents we
couldn't get a seat - they were all taken with non residents which
was annoying . Bed very comfy and food good. Breakfast lacked any fresh
fruit which wasn't good . Will definitely stay again and recommend
it to friends. -
What a lovely stay. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Lincolns Christmas Market.
I cannot compliment the staff here enough. Friendly, pleasant, helpful and always always wearing a smile and pleased to see you.
Great hotel, warm, spotless and quiet. Amazing selection at breakfast.
the warm choc-chip "welcome" cookie was a lovely touch.

Upgraded to a cathedral-facing room on arival - only £10 extra. Fine view. Also quiet. Staff very frtiendly and helpful. And a very good breakfast was included! - the room and toilet where very clean. Nice and quiet. The meal in the restaurant was excellent.Freindly staff. Excellent car parking

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and on both occasions it has been fantastic. The suite was immaculately clean and the standard was excellent. This hotel provides such good value for money and upgrading to a suite was well worth it as the extra space and fantastic bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable than the previous visit

Shame our stay was for just 1 night. The elderly disabled parents we were travelling with are looking to rebook for a longer stay.
