  The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. The lounge area was wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was magnificent. The fruit and complimentary water were nice.   Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).

  Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

  TV has a Japanese channel(JSTV), excellent breakfast, clean and large room. convenient location(2-3 minutes walk from Earls Court underground station). Thanks to the weak pound sterling I could stay at this hotel. I have never met such a nice hotel like this in London before.   Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).
