  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  Odd entrance but staff were excellent to us over our stay better than any other place that I have stayed. location was perfect for stay being just off the main roads but still quiet with minimal traffic noise.   Arrived early at the hotel, not wanting to drag our bags around London before we could check in, asked if we could leave them there, “Not a problem Sir”, was the reply. After having a luggage free day around Kensington we got back to the hotel and checked in. Our room was a triple room on the first floor, and it was surprisingly spacious. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. They clearly had recently done some repairs to the room and so the walls were a little tired but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was warm, infac
