  Room was spacious and very comfortable. Very quiet even though near to the station. In fact being near the station meant parking was very convenient as we were able to use the station car park (£6 per day). Breakfast good. Free internet. Stayed in a single room but it was very spacious - didn't feel at all cramped. Was well appointed. Breakfast was great. Location is good too - across from Haymarket station and only a 10 minute walk to Princes Street. Would definitely recommend it.
