  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  I come down to London every month through my job with Outward Bound, and I have never stayed in a hotel that is so close, just across the road from the London office, which is great, especially when you come from Scotland and not used to the tubes and trains - There was a problem with my door as within 5 minutes of calling, someone was there to loo... τι λέει ο κόσμος » k at it.   couldnt fault anything, staff excellant, friendly atmosphere, would definatley stay again and again. - It was clean and very comfy and very handy to the Olympia Exhibition Centre where I was working.
