The cake on our departure was a lovely thought and appreciated. Everything was really nice and we hope to return.

Really liked Maggie. Nothing was too much trouble and se was not only interesting to talk to but was interested in us too. Toasted tea cakes on arrival and delicious, generous breakfasts. We had a two-night stay at Courtyard in early February. The place impressed us the moment we arrived. Everything is well-designed and well-maintained. The host Maggie was extremely helpful and she prepared very tasteful breakfast. The last day one of my car's wheels was flat and Roger was very kind to put on the emergency tire (as we had never done it ourselves) and led us to the nearest garage. Highly recommended to anyone who want to have a stay in south wales countryside.

Everything was wonderful.The location was somewhat in the sticks but the instructions as to locate them were easy to follow and the veiws were awsome and peaceful. the breakfast was good the people were very friendly, the house was good and modern, any thing you wanted you felt they would get for you, I have a lactose problem Sarah brought up the milk from Aberavenny on her way home from work, the views were super with mountains on either side, with a working farm to see from the windows, but no smell of farm the place was quite and super freash air, with good walks if you wanted.

The house was in a beautiful setting (if a little hard to find!) and our room had a lovely outlook. Everywhere was immaculately clean; our room was very comfortable with a huge bed and lovely furnishings. Noelle (the owner) was very friendly and helpful owner and provided us with a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast. What more could you ask for?

This is a great place to stay in a wonderful peaceful setting. It's a short walk to the local pub the Milton Hotel which sells great food.
We stayed in room 5 which is very spacious accommodating a King Size bed and a two seater settee . The en-suite bathroom has a nice shower along with good quality towels and dressing gowns.There is also plenty of tea and coffee with fresh milk provided.

Our room was very well fitted out - plenty of space and the added facilities of a kitchenette. It looked out over the meadow so the noise from the road was not a problem to us. Could not fault anything, room was very new & spotlessly clean & a good size. There was a TV, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate & biscuits in the room.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn before and are pleased that it has maintained it's standards. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable! The Brewer Fayre Pub next door provided excellent food for meals and breakfast. We would definitely come again and recommend you to our friends.Thank you.

Friendly welcome, not often nowadays do you get shown to your room. Excellent food; breakfasts and dinners. Room capacious and well maintained. A useful touch are the separate reading lights - too many hotels these days are quite gloomy in the rooms. Location is very good in attractive,and on our visit, snow covered countryside. A lovely cosy place to stay with a very homely warm feel to it with personal touches to the place here and there , very friendly staff soft comfy beds ,excellent breakfast !! the evening grill or italian is amazing ,i decided to try the 16oz rump steak which came exactly as i d asked it to be cooked with a more than generous portion of salad chips

Hazel & Mike were great hosts. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I was trading at the Abergavenny Food Festival and Hazel gave me a flask of tea as she knew how busy we'd be which was a lovely gesture. She also allowed me to store some things in her fridge! Bedroom was cleaned daily. The location is fab - max 10m walk into town centre.

Very friendly hosts and provided us with an evening meal without booking ahead, with last minute changes. Helped with bags and drying us out as it was really pouring.

The receptionists were really nice and the receptionist who was there in the evening when we arrived (in the evening, 11/10/2013) was very-very nice and helpful. I want to thank her for that.
