  I was popping up to london for 2 days for college interviews, and after looking at the price of some hotels it seemed stupid paying near enough £200! I choose a room in a female only dorm,I'd never stayed in a group room before but it was fine, my expectations were majorly exceeded! The bed was really comfy, clean and although I was sharing a room... τι λέει ο κόσμος » with other people it wasnt a problem at all, the other girls were lovely, and the shower facilities were handy each morning. I don't think ill ever b - The equipment is amazing (other than the very small kitchen), particularly the room (I was in a 4-bed) displayed a very high standard. The breakfast was decent (no fruit anymore though, as visitors had stated in previous reviews). Wifi at the ground floor and nice ares to sit, relax or even work. The location is certainly not central, but Oxford street is 20 mins away and the Jubilee Line will drop you off at St. Paul's or Buckingham Palace in not much more time.   i wish i had known about this hostel on previous visits to london. it is budget friendly, clean, quiet and just what i need or anyone would need when visiting london for business or fun-a place to sleep at the end of the day! the best thing is that it also has a fridge in each room. the bathrooms and showers are clean. thank you again. i will defi... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nately be staying there again. - It was located directly across the street from the metro/subway stop, which made getting around in London quite easy. There was also a small supermarket just a few buildings down the street - and you could purchase your morning coffee just inside the subway stop.

  On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. Loved the curtains - gave a great deal - I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet. The room was very large and the decor of the whole lodge was so cute! Very british and quaint. My accomm included a free breakie which was perfect for me with cereals, croissant, juices, toast and coffee/tea available! I w
