  We were greeted at the door by (Monika, I think that was the lady's name), she was helpful and friendly. We were going to the O2 for a concert and she advised us of the bus we needed, the cost involved and the fact that the service ran 24 hours a day. We travelled into London during the second day and she confirmed that we could leave our car at... τι λέει ο κόσμος » the hotel at no expense, saving us a small fortune in parking expenses. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, informative and couldn't of - We liked the friendliness, the location for the o2 arena was excellent nice big room very clean. We have lots of friends coming to various events and will recommend this hotel. Also we arrived early and leela kindly let us into our room.The owners young son was very friendly and helpful. We will return to this hotel.
