  Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. I appreciate that hotel owner did her best to deliver twin room for us although during booking only double rooms were available. Thanks again for this! If you don't like - The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared.   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre. The Heath & beautiful Kenwood House are a short stroll away. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.
