The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

It is a charming little bed and breakfast with a courteous and friendly staff. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful. She made sure that breakfast was ready early so we could make it back to Heathrow on time. Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected
ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and
helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very
comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger

We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from
executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely
spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The
kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store
basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

I would strongly recommend yotel for the purpose for which iIused it i.e. an overnight stay before an early flight. There were no tea making facilities but plenty around to buy in the airport . The breakfast was good and filling. The staff was really nice and triedtheir hardest to make sure you were comfortable. The bed was extremelycomfortable. The hotel is located right down the road from the Ilfordtrain station (National Rail), so not too difficult to get to. Someroads do not have street name signs, but Argyle Road does, so do notwalk
