The apartments are very new, so everything is in pristine condition.
I liked the gated secure underground parking (£15 a day).
The apartment was also very quiet, which was fantastic as I am a light sleeper. Only a few minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR and all that Greenwich has to offer. Also the Waitrose being so near is a bonus.

& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

I had reservations as I only stay in 4/5 stars but for location I choose this hotel for Valentines day as it was walking distance to Wembley Stadium and I did not want to stay some where and I was not happy.From checking in to checking out I was very happy. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » r getting in and out of london central, just across the street from Wembley Park station and Wembley Stadium. The rate of £80 for a family room was obviously a big plus (though I know that rates alter as to events held at Wembley). Lots of places to eat in surrounding area.

Hi the only bad thing about the stay was when we were booking it on letsbookhotel.com it said we could either pay 170 pounds or we could pay 200euro on arrivel as we went to check in we were told we couldnt pay in euros we had to walk about a half hour to change currency we had reservation for jamie olivers restaurant and we were goin to mama mia

Porsha was her usual friendly self the younger lady wasnt :( Didnt spoil

Everything superb. Nice and warm, lovely lounge, most welcoming will certainly be using it again. Room 7 is lovely. Good breakfasts - staff friendly. On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet. The room was very large and the decor of the whole lodge was so cute! Very british and quaint. My accomm included a free breakie which was perfect for me with cereals, croissant, juices, toast and coffee/tea available! I w

The staff were really helpful and polite, cheerful and gave attention to the children making them feel welcome and special.
It was clean and airy, room was a good size, air conditioning and heating excellent.
For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, some very good quality food. Good choice and tasty food for dinner, good value for money.

The hotel was clean, cozy, romantic, the staff was courteous, polite. The food was delicious short was really a good experience to stay at the hotel to rest after a busy day. The staff were excellent and very helpful my husband was unwell in the night which I told them when I had to go to reception and on checking out they asked if he was ok. Very thoughtful -
I like it there because it feels as if you are away from the hustle and bustle of other places - the traffic going by is not a problem.

I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heathrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. There was even no flight noise. It was classic European style BandB, with a small room; perfect for my situation. Fabulous host. Will definitely stay

We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. He was there right at 7am the next morning with breakfast, which we needed him to be as we had an early flight. First class service. Thank you.
