Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door.
The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband
had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a
result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and
complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable

have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was
excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are
looking for -
Class, sophistication and elegance.
The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world.
The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb.
Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must.
Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.
The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom.

Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. Very comfortable rooms, super water pressure in the showers, staff very helpful and friendly, tons of parking, great location close to Kingston, idea for London, fast and free wireless included in tariff. For what it is, the room rate is extremely good value. Have not stayed before but would do again in future. -

We spent one night with our daughter in a Drayton Court Hotel.
2 minutes walk from the West Ealing railway station (Closed on Sunday), Zone 3 Oyster can be used.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were
exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we
have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a
