train station was 10 min walk and allowed you to travel to any part of london with ease conecting with the tubes/DLR ect - 4th time staying at this hotel,always a pleasant stay and helpful/professional staff.

Purpose built, excellent design, clean, comfortable,
With the caveat that this is a minimally receptive atmosphere where the help seem to want to see you go, I do recommend the hotel because it is well and comfortably designed but about as welcoming as the prison cells at the next door police station. -

Superb value compared to West End Hotels. Large, clean, quiet suite, excellent restaurant, friendly and very helpful staff. An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. Rooms are bit small but travelling from USA to Europe, that is the norm. However you will forget about the smaller sized rooms after the way the hotel treats you

The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful.
There was free parking which was important to us too.

We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all. Thefood and service, both for the evening meal and breakfast the followingmorning

it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room - Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!)

Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The tube was walking distance and Central London easily accessible. We were particularly impressed with our meal - compliments to the Chef! Taxi service was good too. We will definately stay there again when we come to London next. - Staff were excellent. Stephanie on reception in particular was very helpfull

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.
